Steps to Reproduce

1. Find a group of crawlers
2. Crit dart the floor so they're all exposed
3. Shoot a grenade at the head of one
4. Occasionally the grenade won't crit the others in the area, messing up Lucky Shot synergies

Explanation

PGL explosions will occasionally fail to crit enemies within a crit dart
