Explanation

Ellis teleported to the entry elevator sometime before we reached the exit (unsure which level). I was unable to call ellis, the C animation played. While spamming C, I was teleported to Ellis, able to deposit minerals, and push the upgrade button. Shortly thereafter, I teleported back to where I was standing before, near the exit elevator.
On a following level, Ellis vanished sometime after doing the rockcracker event. I'm not sure whether my teammates were able to deposit the chunk, or if it triggered the stuck drone.
A third time, deeper down, Ellis was seen floating in the air in his 'grounded' animation, and shortly thereafter teleported above the entry elevator, duplicating the Elevator Ellis bug a third time.
