Steps to Reproduce

Joined a game in progress
The game was in the middle of the weapon and traversal tool negotiation
The game didn't give any of either tool

Explanation

I late joined a game on the server browser that said it was about 4 minutes in progress, when I joined it told me to wait for the negotiation to end, after a few seconds I spawned on the toilet as usual, but when I left the spawn room, I had no weapons or traversal tool. I had grenades and could use my abilities, but nothing else.
