Steps to Reproduce

1. Completed the tutorial
2. Changed cosmetics to the supporter versions
3. Started my first mission
4. Bumbled around for a bit
5. Collected the exp stuff
6. Started the level up process
7. Looked at options
8. Hovered over the info for one of the options
9. Clicked while still hovered over the info (slowdown I believe)
10. When it didn't select the option, moved my mouse a little and clicked again
11. This selected the upgrade, but did not close the upgrade menu and just held the screen with the selected option highlighted
12. Unable to use escape or other common 'back' buttons, so restarted the game

Explanation

I was locked in the level up screen so I had to restart the game, this bug report was taken after the issue.
