Explanation
In the middle of the mission, I can't seem to see Ellis or interact with Ellis for the duration of the level. So I can't deposit expenite or initiate an upgrade for the entire level. It seems to resolve once the level is finished and when going down in the elevator to the next level. I can see Ellis at the beginning of the next level again.
[Knowledge base] A suggested solution was shown before submitting; the player reported that it FIXED their issue.
