Missing weapon and utility item upon joining a mission

Steps to Reproduce

1. Joined a game that had already started
2. Other dwarves were in a drop pod, and the screen told me to wait for them to enter the starting room
3. While I was loading in, I could hear the weapon cache activate
4. I was able to select a utility item, but not a weapon
5. I exited the bathroom with no weapon or utility item
6. Was able to select and keep the grenade

Explanation

Joined mission while rest of team was in drop pod. Once entered the missions I had no gun or utility item in my bar.
