Steps to Reproduce
- Just opening the terminal.
- I was specifically acting as Guardian.
- Attempted to view the terminal after completing a mission.
- Pressing escape to attempt to open the menu to send a report also closes the terminal menu.
Explanation
When opening the Reclaimer Handbook Terminal in the first player spawnroon, the background spazzes out.
