Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a boomstick shotgun with ice
2. Have a perk for the first shot in the magazine to be a critical hit
3. Have a perk for killing frozen enemies that gives stoneskin, tripled on critical hits
4. Kill a frozen bug to gain 99 stoneskin
