Regression of:	#3155 Weapon Missing After Respawn Post-Crash This issue was created as a new bug instead of being marked as a duplicate because the original issue was already Resolved.

Explanation

Joined late to a match, cutscene with the bathroom loading starts, steam crashes mid load. A couple seconds later it finishes loading, I join the match and have no starting weapons, only granade.
