Xbox Controller Right Stick Scrolls Menu and Rotates Enemy Model Simultaneously

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use Xbox controller
2. Go to 'Opposition' menu
3. Move cursor to the list of all enemies on the left
4. Attempt to scroll down using the right control stick
5. Watch as the enemy model also rotates, unintendedly.

Explanation

When using xbox controller and viewing the "Opposition" menu to look at the enemy codex, using the right c-stick scrolls AND moves the enemy model at the same time when simply trying to scroll down.
