Steps to Reproduce

  1. Gain the Wayward Spark upgrade in a run
  2. Lose all armor
  3. Regain all armor
  4. Observe that Wayward Spark still behaves as if you have significantly less armor than before

Explanation

Wayward Spark upgrades appear to lose nearly all of their potency after losing all your armor, even after regaining it.
