Bug: Game freezes when accessing Options menu

Steps to Reproduce
- I hit ESC to get to the menu, then I click on Options and it freezes.
- I can enter all the other menus with no issues, but not Options.
Explanation
When I click on the Options button, the game freezes. It'll come back 10-15 seconds later but I cannot enter the options menu.
