Controller Special Mode Lock-up After LB Usage

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use an Xbox controller
2. Trigger special capacity by pressing LB+RB
3. After triggering special capacity, regular buttons are no longer usable

Explanation

On controller, after using a special capacity using LB, i can no longer user X or Y to call Eris or recharge my weapon.
It looks like i'm stuck in "special mode" and i can't get back to normal
