Post-ascension dwarf can be downed by fall damage

Steps to Reproduce

1. Ascend
2. Jump into the drop pod hole for fun
3. Get downed when doing it the second time (Need to fall twice in order for you to get enough damage to be downed)

Explanation

After an ascension, the dwarf that ascended has their healthbar enabled again, and can get downed from fall damage. Happened to me first on accident, then a friend tested it after they ascended and they could get downed too.
