Steps to Reproduce
- Spawn workshop bench
- Set toolbox spawn to be inside the bottom of the well
- Try to retrieve
- Find that you cannot retrieve toolbox
Explanation
Workshop bench toolbox completely unaccessible due to being down well, inaccessible even with Cooper.
