Steps to Reproduce
- Initiate a 4-man party
- Take lots of slows and stuns
- Observe stun on explosion with missile salvo
- Observe ice on minigun
- Note lots of overlapping slow effects
- Consider the possibility that cumulative slow effects and overlapping timings may cause confusion for the boss
