Controller Continues Vibrating During Level Up Process

Steps to Reproduce

1. USE XBOX CONTROLLER
2. Start the level up countdown.
3. Do an action or anything that causes the controller to vibrate, and time it to when the level up countdown ends (or stumble on this event occuring)
4. Feel the vibrating controller the entire time that you and allies are picking level up abilities. (in my case, it happened when we levelled up 3 times in one level up)

Explanation

When using xbox controller. If the controller is vibrating at the time a level up occurs, the controller will continue vibrating throughout the entire level up process
