Steps to Reproduce

1. USE XBOX CONTROLLER
2. Go into the mission select
3. Put cursor over the intel tasks section and scroll using the right control stick
4. Watch as the world map also rotates.

Explanation

On xbox controller, on the mission select, trying to scroll down the Intel Tasks also rotates the world map
