Steps to Reproduce

1. Encounter a cave leech that you cannot even know is there because it is completely invisible inside the ceiling
2. Watch as it shoots/tries to grab you.
3. In the case of the grabbers, they will grab and try to drag you through the ceiling.

Explanation

Cave leech variety creatures can spawn inside the ceiling and still be able to shoot/grab you despite being high above the ceiling. Players cannot touch them.
