Steps to Reproduce
- Started game
- Opened reclaimer terminal in spawn room
- Clicked on any of the learning sections on the left
Explanation
When i use the reclaimer handbook terminal there seems to be an issue with an opacity layer because the background jitters and stutters horribly.
The screenshot won't be of any help because i had to enter the pause menu to do a bug report which closed the terminal.
