Steps to Reproduce
- Loaded into the game.
- Had been in the Ramrod for about 10 minutes when I encountered the bug (I do not know if this is time-sensitive).
- Engaged in other menus, i.e. cosmetic terminal, perk terminal, swapping characters, etc.
- Went back into pod I spawned in.
- Interacted with Reclaimer Handbook terminal.
Explanation
When interacting with the "Reclaimer Handbook", or terminal, in the bay where you spawn upon loading the game, the background has an odd, pixelated, jittery effect that does not look intentional.
