Steps to Reproduce
- Play a jumble mission
- Take a weapon and assign it to slot 1
- Take another weapon
Explanation
On Jumble, choosing a weapon with a weapon already in slot 1 replaces it without asking.
Similar behavior occured later with equipment also not asking which slot to assign.
