#16578 Charge Pistol Fails to Reload Ammo Automatically
If the charge pistol reaches 0 ammo it does not load ammo into its magazine immediately, which prevents it from being fired.
This is rectified when the selected weapon is changed

#16245 Charge Pistol Fails to Load Initial Ammo on Refill
When refilling ammo of a charge pistol while at no ammo, the weapon won't load the base 1 ammo needed to start charging, and will be unfirable until a weapon swap occurs.
