Equipment, Grenades, and Ability Not Loading on Second Floor

Steps to Reproduce

1. I played the first floor fine
2. When we got to the second floor, I tried to use my drill equipment, but it wouldn't appear and the equipment wasn't working
3. I tried to use the grenades, but they also appeared to have the same issue
4. Then the same with the ability, but the ability tool itself appeared but it didn't work

Explanation

my 3rd equipment,ability and my grenades wont load in when i use them. Almost as if they are not there. In that state i couldn't use them. It worked fine in the first stage but as soon as i loaded into the other floors it wouldnt work
