Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a friend join
2. Mid level transition

Explanation

Friend disconnected at end of level, rejoined during level transition. It was weird, and when he joined he had Nothing. The game thought I (the host) still had been given Cooper. When we died, I was haunted by the ghost of Cooper, not being given the release of death. Forced to end through menu.
