Steps to Reproduce

1. Used the temporal shift ability and waited for it to be over
2. Toggled gauntlet and waited for the ability to fully recharge

Explanation

Retcon's Gauntlet interface is still disabled after the ability has recharged whi the gauntlet is toggled.
