Steps to Reproduce

1. By playing retcon as the non-host in a multiplayer game.

Explanation

When playing as the retcon while not being the host, the after-image effect that is visible when the rewind ability is on cooldown can clip into your own view and be very annoying as it pops into view over and over.

The host did not notice this when playing retcon.
