Steps to Reproduce

  1. Start with Steady Aim Enchancement
  2. Get a Leadstorm Minigun
  3. Get Combat Drugs
  4. Take a good whiff
  5. Observe how your minigun accuracy never improves as it revvs up

Explanation

Getting too much Accuracy stat overflows and makes accuracy negative.
