Steps to Reproduce

1. bio energy upgrade still not working properly

Explanation

bio energy upgrade is suppossed to give you 1% of enemy hp back as ammo on enemy kill. it just doesnt do it properly in most missions. yet in half enemy hp even the most basic enemy gives you atleast 1-3 ammo back from it. and no it was NOT a modded run. no idea why gamedata shows as ismodded:true
