Player Body Teleportation Upon Respawn in Ramrod

Steps to Reproduce

1. Did the bar mission that unlocks the 'Moonrider' beer.
2. Drank the moonrider beer, jumped towards the other end of the ship.
3. Did a quick lap around the drill, turned back towards the bar.
4. Think the beer effect ran out whilst my head was stuck in the ceiling.
5. Entered the downed state, unable to call for aid.
6. Paused the game and hit the Respawn button multiple times.
7. Cannot unpause the game but I can see that my downed body is in one of the bedroom areas.

Explanation

I'm down in the Ramrod and when I hit Respawn in the pause menu, my body gets teleported into my room, but I stay downed.
