Steps to Reproduce

1. Joined a game from the lobbies
2. Collected enough expenite and upgrade
3. Let a teammate pick an upgrade in Jumble
4. Hover over the player that had picked an upgrade
5. Observe that the name and inventory get blocked by the recently selected upgrade

Explanation

Bug where hovering over a player's name in the upgrade UI will get blocked by the weapon selected in the upgrade phase.
