Steps to Reproduce

1. played mission
2. got cooling unit
3. no freezing
4. got another
5. no cold
6. got electrofied armor it works so the game can apply statis effects
7. but cooling unit is still broke

Explanation

cooling unit dident work i was playing gard had high aromor and 2 cooling units but no corespawn froze even when in pick aix range
