Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go into a Jumble Mission
  2. Look at your current upgrade pick numbers in the Reclaimer Handbook
  3. Pick the 'Skip Upgrade' (4th card in solo)
  4. Take a look at the pick number from that upgrade in the Reclaimer Handbook
  5. See that it hasn't increased despite picking it

Explanation

"Skip Upgrades" do not get tracked in the Reclaimer Handbook Upgrade Pick Number. This is mostly for Jumble where regular upgrades get an olive hue and become the Skip Upgrade choice. Picking these upgrades do not increase the statistic of you picking that specific upgrade. There are also other skip upgrades like ammo ups from crates, but these aren't present in the Handbook to begin with so they get a pass.
