Explanation

Bug: Armor Battery upgrade does not scale with armor upgrades. According to the description of the upgrade, it is supposed to "replenish +5 armor while below 33% of max armor", but during my mission, my max armor was at 96 yet it would always regenerate to just 20. I did have +30 from the perk Armor Pack IV, +18 from one rare Armor Boost upgrade, and I also had the Pro artifact, which likely boosted it a bit as well.
