Duplicated Item Replacement Issue During Upgrades

Steps to Reproduce

1. Play a mission with Jumble modifier
2. Stock up multiple upgrades before upgrading (the more the better)
3. Launch the upgrade procedure
4. Pick the same item (weapon or equipment piece) if possible

Explanation

Picking the same item (either a weapon or equipment item) withing the same negotiation period (multiple upgrade rounds, same negotiatons) may result in the second item replacing the first one. It has happened to me yesterday when I tried to use 2 heavy weapons (picked minigun and then PGL replaced it 1 or 2 rounds later), and today when an ally picked rare Disposable sentry and then tried to pick a second uncommon one, yet the uncommon sentry replaced the rare one. Strangely enough, during the same mission, I got an epic Sludge pump and then picked another epic Sludge pump within the same negotiations period, I believe - and this time I could use both. I cannot 100% confirm that this is the same case as described before, nor does it look like 100% consistent behavior, but it does happen, and I believe this is not intended.
