Steps to Reproduce

1. Noticed the typo while hovering the Armor Piercing upgrade
2. on the Stubby weapon

Explanation

Typo in the description of the Armor Piercing comabt identifier. It states "...damage that dealt to the target...", which is grammatically incorrect, and should be changed to "...damage that IS dealt to the target...". This issue can be seen in Combat Identifiers and also when hovering the Armor Piercing upgrade for weapons (where applicable) - I assume the same string is used in both places.
