Steps to Reproduce

1. Host a team
2. Someone's internet connection lags (it doesn't have to drop out completely)
3. Try to reinvite them
4. Have to disband the team for them to rejoin

Explanation

I am having a reoccuring issue with friends where if they get disconnected during a match or even in the ramrod, i can not invite them back nor can they join my team until i disband my team.
