Steps to Reproduce

1. Pick up and equip the drill
2. Go to use it and see sparks occasionally

Explanation

Sometimes the drill will constantly emits sparks while it's being held. I thought it might be triggered by letting it overheat, but I've had it happen without overheating it as well
