Steps to Reproduce

1. Play game
2. Get gun
3. Get workbench
4. Get acid upgrade on the bottom
5. Hover over acid tooltip
6. Description is cut off at the bottom

Explanation

If the Acid elemental upgrade is the 2nd (the bottom) upgrade available for your weapon on the workbench, the bottom part of the description text for the acid/corrosion thing is cut off by the edge of the screen
