Steps to Reproduce

1. Opened game

Explanation

Rouge core pegs CPU usage at 100% on startup, causing CPU temperatures to spike, usage and temperature goes down once game actually loads, running game with proton 9 however issue was originally noticed when game was started with proton experimental, game is being run on Fedora KDE, GPU usage and temperature remained normal and stable, issue spotted with a ryzen 7 5800x3d
