Steps to Reproduce
- Throw the engine coolant onto the second floor
- Throw the coolant toward the innermost right corner behind the engine block
- It will prove successful if you cannot pick it back up again
Explanation
Not really a bug, but the engine coolant for the artifact event can get stuck behind the engine and thus render the event useless whilst also creating an infinite wave of enemies.
