Numpad 8 Binding Not Functioning

Steps to Reproduce

1. have Numpad bound as various keys and want to keep it separate from the arrow keys. All of the Numpad # work, aside from 8.
2. tried binding Numpad 8 to other functions, and regardless of what it is set as, that hot key does not function.
3. tried closing and restarting the game, and setting the controls to default and rebinding. None of which resolve the issue.
4. tested my specific keyboard outside of the game to ensure that Numpad 8 functions outside of the game, which it does.

Explanation

Binding 'Numpad 8' to keys doesn't do anything, regardless of what I bind 'Numpad 8' as.
