Steps to Reproduce

1. Choose Throwing Axes as your grenade as part of a mission
2. End the run
3. Consult your run history in the Operations terminal. You will see Sticky Grenades in the grenade slot instead of axes

Explanation

In Run History, the throwing axes appear as sticky grenades
