Inconsistent Ammo Drain in Lok-1 Smart Rifle

Steps to Reproduce

1. Not exactly sure when it started, I only noticed after I realized my ammo was running consistently low
2. Happened sometime between x2 mag size and +80% armor piercing upgrades on the Lok-1 Smart Rifle

Explanation

Ammo in my Lok-1 Smart Rifle is being drained to 36 rounds from 144 after one or two shots, the mass ammo drain is being inconsistent however.
Stats are as followed:
+20% fire rate and lock-on rate
+20% damage
+1 Penetration
2x magazine size
+80% armor piercing
