Steps to Reproduce

1. Got back from mission
2. Did exercises
3. Went to order a beer and got the Arkenstout bug
4. Realized I could order beers with my party member's beer licenses

Explanation

At the bar in the Ramrod, I was able to order from the other party member's beer licenses and order beers.

Also, when I tried to get the quest for the Arkenstout, it just ordered an Arkenstout instead.
