Steps to Reproduce

1. Finish a mission
2. Throw an incendiary grenade at your own feet right before the 'mission completed' screen opens

Explanation

Throwing an incendiary grenade at my own feet after beating the final boss, right before the mission ended, caused a visual and audio glitch of taking repeated fire damage throughout the XP screens following the mission
