Steps to Reproduce

1. Cleared first floor of mission (Depth 3 Molaktula, no expenite veins)
2. Choose heavy weapons crate + cave leeches for risk vector on floor 2
3. No heavy weapons crate in floor 2
4. I have no idea how this happened

Explanation

We chose a risk vector with a heavy weapons crate, and we cleared out the level, but the heavy weapons crate was nowhere to be seen. Even with the data terminal activated, there was no sign of the crate anywhere on the map.
