Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a player use the plasma carbine
2. Turn on the shield belt
3. The player can't shoot through, but normal hitscan bullets can

Explanation

the slicer shield belt blocks friendly projectiles (plasma carbine, hurricain rockets, etc) as long as it is a projectile.
