Discrepancy in Elemental Effects Between Pistols of Zhukov NUK17 with Elementalist Artifact

Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip Zhukov NUK17 weapon and Elementalist artifact (other elemental effects make this harder to notice, minimize them)
2. Reload, Elementalist will sometimes apply different visual effects to each pistol, signifying different elements on each pistol (if not, fire a shot and reload again, sometimes it randomly selects the same element on both pistols)
3. Hit an enemy, it will only inflict the element shown by the left pistol despite showing a different element on the right pistol

Explanation

Zhukov NUK17 sometimes shows different elements on each pistol when using the elementalist artifact, but only inflicts the element on the left pistol on hit. (For example, after reloading, the left pistol has the fire damage visual effect and the right pistol has the electricity damage visual effect, but they both inflict fire damage, and no electricity damage.)
