Steps to Reproduce

  1. Activated work bench.
  2. Checked map
  3. Found box to be at the bottom of the hole.
  4. Not profit.

Explanation

At level 4, the crafting bench spawned its box in the bottom of the hole that the boss comes out of (and that you throw the balls into it)
